SONGS WITHOUT WORDS WITHOUT BORDERS is a musical journey that transcends geographical boundaries while honoring the distinct voices that emerge from diverse cultural landscapes. This program celebrates the rich traditions of music and how melodies can speak profound truths without uttering a single word, and how these wordless songs can cross borders that often divide us. It honors the global perspective and collaborative spirit that has defined Network for New Music while affirming the continued commitment to breaking down barriers through the practice of creating and performing music from the broadest and widest perspectives.

Featuring the Song Project, music by Nathan Lincoln-DeCusatis and Jan Krzywicki, and the world premiere of House of Pianos by Courtney Bryan.

Exploring international melange of styles featuring original music by Kinan Abou-afach, Sepehr Pirasteh, Yoshiaki Onishi, George Tsontakis, and Jennifer Barker.
