Join Network for New Music to explore the cultural and intellectual ramifications of Milton Babbitt's music and ideas. The program includes the screening of an hour-long video documentary of Babbitt’s life and work, Portrait of a Serial Composer, produced by Robert Hilferty and Laura Karpman.

And a panel discussion will include Karpman, Roberto Pace, David Rakowski, Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum, and Linda Reichert.
